We are currently looking for the following positions:

Partners’ Secretary

The ideal candidate should be hard working, show initiative and be self-motivated, with the ability to organise your own workload.

To be a successful candidate you should have excellent time management and the ability to be able to prioritise deadlines is essential.

You will have a professional approach to confidently communicate effectively with managers, partners, and clients, as well as being a natural team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and an excellent eye for detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for providing complete and efficient secretarial and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

The workload will consist of Partner PA duties (diary management and general administrative Partner support), Arranging meetings and appointments with clients and managing Partners diaries, typing correspondence and documents and also receiving phone calls from clients.

Skills required:

  • IT literate/ knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Previous experience as a secretary is essential
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

The office hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, a standard 37.5 hour and competitive salary.
